  • HOW

Regular meetings where each member gets to be in the hot seat and share their current business obstacle for two minutes, then the other members have an opportunity to provide solutions to the problem at hand. This can be anything from sharing what has worked for them in the past, making a connection to someone they know, or offering expertise. We repeat this process until we have moved through each member’s issue.

The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.
